📩 Replacement Request Process

To qualify for a replacement, you must:

  2. Include the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Photos of the damaged/wrong product
    • Optional: Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
  3. Keep the product unused and in original packaging

Once verified, we’ll dispatch a free replacement. No returns or refunds will be processed for such issues without evidence.

📦 Packaging Issues

We pack every item in discreet, tamper-proof packaging. If your order arrives with damaged packaging but the product is intact and working, it is not eligible for return or replacement.
